{"id":1494,"date":"2015-05-21T20:06:27","date_gmt":"2015-05-21T20:06:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mytwostotinki.com\/?p=1494"},"modified":"2015-05-21T20:06:27","modified_gmt":"2015-05-21T20:06:27","slug":"just-wondering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.mytwostotinki.com\/?p=1494","title":{"rendered":"Just wondering"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Bulgarian Minister of Culture Vezhdi Razhidov awarded recently an important prize to the so-called historian Bozhidar Dimitrov, an ultra-nationalist propagandist and &#8211; according to renowned international historians &#8211; scientific crook and impostor with a past in some very dirty business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Just wondering: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Since when is stealing documents from the Vatican Library, manipulating Bulgarian history in the sense of a chauvinist, ultra-nationalist political agenda, and working decades as a snitch and informer for the Stalinist State Security a reason to be bestowed with the biggest honor in the field of Bulgarian culture, the order \u201e\u0417\u043b\u0430\u0442\u0435\u043d \u0432\u0435\u043a\u201c (Golden Age)? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bozhidar Dimitrov is not a historian but a &#8220;chalga historian&#8221; &#8211; he is known under this name among his colleagues internationally &#8211; and the name fits him perfectly.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Once again, Minister Razhidov is besmirching the dignity of all people working in the cultural sphere in Bulgaria and all cultured people there.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Revolting!<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre><strong>\u00a9 Thomas H\u00fcbner\u00a0and mytwostotinki.com, 2014-5.
